1. Scope
This policy applies to movement programmes and related services purchased directly from Bonessselbowei by consumers in the United Kingdom. Digital materials supplied as part of a programme are covered under the same cancellation terms unless otherwise stated in your written service agreement.
2. Pre-Contract Information
Before you book, we provide clear information about the programme description, total price including taxes, payment methods, and cancellation rights in writing by email or contract.
3. Cooling-Off Period
If you are a consumer purchasing services at a distance (online or by phone), you generally have fourteen days from the date of purchase to cancel without giving a reason, provided the programme has not yet commenced. To exercise this right, notify us in writing at chat@bonessselbowei.world. If you request that services begin during the cooling-off period, you may be liable for the proportion of services already provided.
4. Cancellation Before Start
Cancellations received at least seven days before the scheduled start date qualify for a full refund minus any non-recoverable administrative costs disclosed at booking. Cancellations within seven days may incur a fee of up to twenty-five per cent of the programme cost, as stated at the time of booking.
5. Cancellation After Start
Once a programme has begun with your agreement, fees for completed sessions are non-refundable. Remaining unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion, or credited towards a future programme within six months.
6. Rescheduling
Individual session rescheduling is permitted with at least forty-eight hours' notice. One complimentary reschedule per programme is offered; additional changes may attract a nominal administration charge disclosed in advance.
7. Organisation Bookings
Corporate and group contracts may include bespoke cancellation terms specified in the signed agreement. Where no separate terms exist, this policy applies.
8. Faulty or Misdescribed Services
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be performed with reasonable care and skill and as described. If we fail to meet this standard, you may be entitled to a repeat performance or price reduction. Please contact us promptly if you believe a service was not delivered as agreed.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen working days using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Bank processing times may vary.
